Dollywood DreamMore Resort Review

Dollywood Dreammore Resort offers cosy, comfy Dollywood lodging. Having relocated to the Nashville area from New York City two years ago, we are still exploring our new local territory. We travel all the time, but this year, we had the opportunity to take our first family adventure to the Smoky Mountains. So, is Dollywood Dreammore Resort a great family vacation destination?

Dollywood Dreammore Resort Gets an A+

Dollywood totally exceeded our expectations as a great destination for the whole family. With the kids all excited, Grams all ready, and a packed car, we took off for our three-hour road trip from Nashville to unbox Dollywood and enjoy the opportunity to stay at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort. Located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, this is an ultra family-friendly resort that successfully mixes a cozy and classy vibe.The warm and special touches are evident everywhere. In the rooms with a perfect balance of southern sophistication, freshly baked chocolate-chip cookies and milk were waiting for us upon check-in and my kids were sold. Of course, the bunk beds were a huge hit, and I appreciated the use of space in the room to accommodate three adults and two children.

After exploring the fabulous indoor and outdoor pool areas, we checked out the Song & Hearth eatery located within the resort. Southern-style favorites offered during the dinner buffet, included fried chicken, pot roast, mashed potatoes, and country-style green beans. My kids enjoyed the kids’ favorites like mac and cheese and tater tots, as well as various desserts. It’s great for one or two meals within the resort like breakfast and dinner.
