Big Hero 6, one of my favorite movies from last year, is now available on Blu-RayTM, Digital HD, and Disney Movies Anywhere! Why did I love Big Hero 6? This movie is full of heart and adventure while showing the value of teamwork. It also shows that pushing the limits of science and medicine comes with major responsibility and the need to make good choices.

Fun side note: The executive producer is John Lasseter…his filmography is fascinating. (“Toy Story”, “Cars”, it goes on and on.)
My 7-year-old absolutely loved Big Hero 6 too. I do feel this film had some mature themes and may not be appropriate for the under 5 crowd. We used our car ride home as an opportunity to discuss what we watched, how it made us feel, and share our favorite scenes.
