Doctor visits and parties!

The last 2 weeks have been busy as usual. Unfortunately, Jack has been to the pediatrician 3 times. The culprit? Ear infections. We are headed to the doctor’s office again tomorrow, but in the meanwhile, we had a relaxing rainy day at home watching Little Bear, and “roasting hotdogs and marshmallows” in the basement while we were camping. Jack is a pro at using his “breathing machine” and the nebulizer seems to be helping.

We’ve had some big happy family events. Jack’s godfather Doug, graduated college. Jack plans on having a big party celebration next time Uncle Doug and Auntie TB come here to visit!

Last week, Jack got his “library” set up in his room. Rob did a great job setting it up for him and Jack loves his book shelves!

We also had the big celebration of Aunt Tina and Uncle Frank’s 50th anniversary! It was at the Lake Club in Staten Island, and although Jack was definitely feeling lousy, he proved he is always up for a party. It was a great time and great food and my cousin Tommy gave an amazing speech that touched everyone. We had fun at our table, and I was happy to waddle around after Jack with food in my hair. Afterwards, we headed back to Aunt Tina and Uncle Frank’s, and I think everyone was tired (except Jack) but happy. We made a little video montage to celebrate their 50 years together. Figured I’d post it here for those that wanted to see it again… http://studio.stupeflix.com/v/BcznaVWmXk/
