Allie's 1st Birthday - Linda Scruggs

Finally getting around to posting about Allie’s 1st birthday. We were so happy to see many of our friends and family who we haven’t seen in YEARS (up to 8 years!) at her 1st birthday party. We had family and friends come from all over (including Brooklyn, Staten Island, Westchester, NJ, CT, TN, and RI) and traveled a long way. It meant so much to us and are so appreciative we were able to celebrate her 1st birthday together. 🙂 Jack told me his favorite part was talking with everyone he didn’t know…he worked the room and as usual had a great time. Allie did well and enjoyed watching all the kids and especially seemed to enjoy her cake. I have to say for $35.00, you can’t beat a BJ’s cake – especially when the nice bakery lady decorated it for us. 🙂 Below are a few pics along with the imovie we showed. I posted it on youtube for those who asked to see it. If anyone there happened to take some pics and could email them to me, I would appreciate it! A few people asked me how I made/edited it – it only took me about 6 weeks of staying up late watching youtube tutorials on how to make an imovie. 😛
