Jack had quite a weekend. Despite 2 tornado’s that apparently swirled around Queens & Brooklyn yesterday, we went into the city and enjoyed a very fun day.
We met up with cousin’s Frankie, Jean, and Maegan at the Beacon Theatre and watched Jack and Maegan enjoy the Fresh Beat Band concert. This show on Nick Jr. is all about music and friends and sharing and has a very positive and upbeat message with each show. Each member of the band wears a specific color, and Jack decided to make cards for each of them.
Jack loves the music and we feel like these life experiences are so valuable. We were impressed – they do 2 shows a day and gave all the kids big smiles and were very sweet to them all. Afterwards, Jack and Maegan got to meet the Fresh Beat Band and take pictures. He got to give out the cards he made and they both had a great day.
