New Year’s, Jack’s birthday…lots of parties going on recently around here.
We actually welcomed 2012 very quietly…which is a small accomplisment in a house with 2 little people. For New Year’s, Jack got to do “poppers” on our front lawn. You pul the string, it pops, and out flies confetti. Here he is having some fun.
We also celebrated a late Christmas with my brother, known as Uncle Bis. Christmas with Bis became known as Bismas, and was essentially another holiday as far as Jack is concerned.
We also got surprised by Aunt T and Uncle Frank with a surprise birthday party at their house for Jack. Jack had so much fun and I know he felt very special.
I feel like there is a lot to celebrate. New Year, Jack’s birthday, healthy family, and so far, no real snow!
